Patentability

A patentability search used to determine if a newly-conceived invention is different enough from prior art to allow patenting. Our reports can include line citations to show you exactly where we believe relevant prior art may be located.
Invalidity

An invalidity search is conducted with the intent of finding prior art to invalidate a pre-existing patent. In addition to a comprehensive report, we prepare our results in a visual patent chart, identifying by line citations where the instant patent may be invalidated based upon claims, specification, drawings, and any other disclosures made in the prior art.

A FTO is a search used to determine whether a particular action, such as testing or commercializing a product, can be done without infringing valid intellectual property rights of others. We can search specific regions or countries which you may want to introduce your product into.
Accelerated Examination Search

An AE search is used to take advantage of the USPTO's Accelerated Examination program. All applications must comply with the stringent guidelines set forth in 37 C.F.R 1.98.
