Jennifer is a New-York licensed attorney with over 15 years of experience in the legal and finance industries. Jennifer began her career working at several bulge bracket investment firms and more recently, she served as interim corporate and regulatory counsel for financial firms with asset management, brokerage and hedge fund affiliates. In addition, Jennifer spent 6 years as Counsel and Vice President in the Legal and Compliance Department of AllianceBernstein L.P. where she handled legal and regulatory matters.

For over a decade Jennifer has volunteered with the Financial Women’s Association and 100 Women in Hedge Funds, involved with board governance and mentoring. She is Series 7 and Series 63 licensed. Jennifer received a BA from George Washington University, a JD from Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, and an MBA from New York University.
